Another culinary detour

For the love of your tastebuds (and the destruction of your arteries), you must make this recipe on a cold night when you need some rich, beer-y food in your belly:

Just served it up for the husband and me ... Oh my, you can taste the stick of butter in there. I used fresh thyme instead of dried, and the sauce was so earthy and rich. It came together pretty quickly, and I cooked it all in my cast iron pan.

Hey, sometimes the English DO know what they're doing in the kitchen. This is proof!
